Having seen how one two-minute video pretty much destroyed the brand that took years to create, made all of us realize how fragile things really are. You can talk about quality control all day long and spend all money on advertising but if your employees are not with you on working towards stronger brand it will be gone in seconds. In our time when technology and social networking expose everything to the millions and leaves nothing private, the openness about your practices and employee morale are crucial like never before.
This also left me wonder if competing businesses will start using such methods to set back their competition. If you think about it, its very cheap, very viral and very destructive.
