If before it was mostly series of questions trying to tap into people's insecurities and get them to eventually buy whatever they were advertising, now its just blunt statements like this one above: "Read this, you are fat".
I suggest to make it more effective, they should send them out every day with the animated picture of a finger pointing at you, this way anyone will become insecure.
